dUNCAN P. HROMADKA

Mr. Hromadka was born in Santa Monica, California, and is a partner at Hromadka, Gaulke & Coutee, LLP. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004 from the University of Michigan, Mr. Hromadka attended Pepperdine Law School, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2007. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. Since 2012, Mr. Hromadka has served as an executive board member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association – Trusts & Estates Committee and has served as an editor of the CEB California Conservatorship Practice Guide. Mr. Hromadka's practice is in the areas of estate planning and wealth preservation through the use of wills, trusts, partnerships, and LLCs, the administration of decedent's estates, trust administration, conservatorship and guardianship administration, and probate and trust disputes. Mr. Hromadka resides in Santa Monica, California with his family, and on the weekends, he can be found surfing, playing beach volleyball, or on the golf course. Prior to joining Hromadka, Gaulke & Coutee, LLP, Mr. Hromadka practiced with Freeman, Freeman & Smiley, LLP, in their Los Angeles office, specializing in probate and trust litigation.
