PAUL T. GAULKE
Mr. Gaulke was born in Santa Monica, California, April 15, 1953. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1978, U.S. District Court Central District of California, 1979. Mr. Gaulke graduated with honors from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1975. Mr. Gaulke received his law degree from Southwestern School of Law in 1978. Mr. Gaulke is a past president of the Santa Monica Bar Association (1994 thru 1995). He currently has an AV rating in Martindale and Hubbell (highest rating). He is a frequent appointee by Los Angeles Superior Court (Central, Santa Monica and Van Nuys), and is currently the co-chair of the Santa Monica Trust and Probate Section. He was designated a Southern California "Super Lawyer" in 2010. Mr. Gaulke is a member of the State Bar of California; The Los Angeles Bar Association; and the Santa Monica Bar Association. He is a member and president of the Rotary Club of Santa Monica (2010 - 2011) and he is on the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica Board of Governors. Mr. Gaulke’s practice is solely in the areas of estate planning and wealth preservation, through Wills and Trusts; the administration of decedent’s estates, probate and Trusts; conservatorships; guardianships, estate litigation and the resolution of estate disputes.
