donald j. hromadka

Mr. Hromadka was born in Santa Monica, California. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1972. He received his Bachelor of Science in 1969 from the University of Southern California. Mr. Hromadka received his Juris Doctorate in 1972 from Loyola University of Los Angeles. Mr. Hromadka served as chairman of the Board of Directors of UCLA Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Hromadka is a member of the Santa Monica estate planning and probate section. He was the chairman of the Santa Monica estate planning and probate section in the years 1983 to 1984. Mr. Hromadka is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Santa Monica Bar Association. He has been rated AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating, from Martindale-Hubbell for the past 40 years, and was rated as America's most honored lawyer - top 1% 2022. Mr. Hromadka's practice is in the areas of estate planning and wealth preservation through the use of Wills, Trusts, Partnerships and LLCs, as well as the administration of decedent's estates, both Probate and Trust.
